About Kerri Pfeffer

Kerri brings a deep-rooted work ethic and a passion for real estate to her role as Chief Operating Officer of the Weichert Family of Companies. Raised in a hardworking family—her mother an entrepreneur in the medical supply industry and her father a dedicated telephone company employee—Kerri learned early on the value of perseverance, commitment, and integrity.

A former collegiate volleyball player, Kerri began her academic journey at a local community college before transferring to Indiana University in Bloomington. She also studied at Western Michigan University, where she pursued a dual focus in Business and Psychology—an educational foundation that would serve her well throughout her career.

Kerri launched her professional path in the mortgage industry and quickly rose to become a top-producing loan officer in her early 20s. Two decades ago, she relocated from the Midwest to Florida, where she continued to thrive in the real estate world—all under the Weichert umbrella. Her unwavering dedication, strong leadership, and steadfast loyalty have guided her through a steady ascent within the organization—from Loan Officer, to Sales Leader, to Vice President, and ultimately to Chief Operating Officer.


In her role as COO, Kerri oversees the day-to-day operations across all divisions of the Weichert Family of Companies. She works closely with leadership teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives, optimize performance, drive operational efficiency, and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across all business lines. Her collaborative leadership style and ability to navigate complex challenges have made her an integral part of the company's continued growth and success.
